The batch stability of aluminum-plastic film produced by domestic manufacturers is poor. The thickness, strength, corrosion resistance, packaging strength and other important characteristics of aluminum-plastic film can not be taken into account, as it can only meet the needs of domestic middle and low-end markets, and the domestic share of aluminum-plastic film is less than 7%.
After years of tackling key problems, Professor Zhao Jinbao's team has successfully mastered all the key core technologies related to the dry preparation of aluminum plastic film, including aluminum foil surface treatment technology, nylon and polyolefin surface treatment technology, synthesis and preparation technology of special binder, aluminum plastic film composite technology, etc., and has realized completely independent intellectual property rights. The samples were tested by Fujian Mengshi and Zhuhai Guanyu, and the results showed that the comprehensive performance was close to or reached the technical level of similar products in Japan, and the price advantage was obvious.
At present, the technical achievements of aluminum plastic film for lithium ion battery have been successfully transformed. As a major investment project in Anxi County, Fujian Province in 2020, the production capacity is expected to reach 400 million yuan / year, which can replace imports to a certain extent and promote the development of the domestic aluminum plastic film industry.
